Cylinders and compressed air coolers are air-cooled. Cooling air is supplied by a well-dimensioned fan. Bearings and cylinders walls are splash lubricated. The compressor and motor are normally supplied mounted together on a foundation,and connected by means of a heavy-duty flexible coupling. Both electrical and diesel engine driven versions are available.

These compressors are two cylinder, two stage, water cooled compressors. The compressor is mounted together with an electric motor on a well stiffened foundation with a flexible coupling between the flywheel and drive flange. All bearings are pressure lubricated by an oil pump gear driven by the crankshaft. Two replaceable coolers are fitted in the compressor cylinder block. The first serves to cool the air after first stage compression, the second provides cooling after second stage compression. The cooling water intake and outlet are located so that the water circulates through the cylinder block and ensures efficient cooling of the air and cylinder walls.
